JOYCE ELAINE BAKER
Our mother was with us when we took our first breath; it was a blessing for us to be with her when she took her last.
Peacefully and surrounded by family, Joyce Baker passed away on May 8 due to complications from pneumonia. Preceded by her husband Ken Baker in 1998, Joyce is survived by her children; Cathy Campbell (Archie), Susan Iwanski (John D - 2022), Barb Baker, Jeff Baker (Natalie Nordin), Deb Horrocks (Gary) and Lynda Baker. Six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Honorary pallbearers, Jeff Baker, Michael Horrocks, Cole Baker and Chris Manley.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.

Mrs. Baker was a true Mariarch of the family. You knew by watching her grown children around her. Any Mother would be lucky to see how close everyone was as adults. I loved talking to her at family events. She had a sense of humor and was always kind to me. She will be missed by many. RIP Mrs Baker.
