Sadly, we announce the passing of Henry Enns, devoted husband, father, Opa, uncle, and friend.
Henry was born the youngest of 10 children in Neuendorf, Ukraine.
Henry is survived by his son Gerald (Andrea); grandsons, Elias and Kael; and four sisters-in-law. He’s predeceased by wife Annelie (nee Friesen); parents; and nine siblings.
Henry came to Canada in 1948, grew up in rural Manitoba, worked as an electrician, attended Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, and was an active volunteer throughout.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 29, 2026, at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, 926 Garfield St., Winnipeg, with viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church Cemetery, Springstein, MB.
