RUTH MARIAN GEE
Peacefully, with God at her side, Ruth Gee passed away on May 30, 2026, at the age of 105 years.
Her memory lives on with her son Mark, grandchildren Shay and Matthew, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews as well as extended relatives and friends.
Ruth was born and raised in Woodlands. She was blessed with a close family, her parents May and Reg, and siblings Elsie, George, Jim, and Murial, and in later years their families. She left her knowledge in the minds of all her pupils, she moved around the province teaching before she came home to Woodlands area and settled at Lake Francis with her husband Bill and had their son Mark.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Woodlands Childcare Inc, Box 270 Woodlands, MB, R0C 3H0.
