Dear Jack and Nixon, We are so sorry to hear about your father passing away. Your Dad was a lovely, friendly and gentle man. We always enjoyed seeing both of you when you came to Ladysmith for visits with your grandparents. You boys and your Dad were very special to your grandparents, Carol and Stan. Please know that you are both in our thoughts. Margot Lunney and Paul Vautour Ladysmith, BC - Posted by: Margot and Paul (Friends) on: Jun 13, 2026

We have just heard of John"s sudden death and were shocked and saddened of this news. Our Grand children, Alice, Jack and Oscar played with Jack and Nixon for many summers while in Ladysmith and shared memories of the beaches and fun in boats on the water. Please accept our sincere condolences. Barb and Al Maitland - Posted by: Barb and Al Maitland (Friends of John's Mom and Dad from Ladysmith BC) on: Jun 13, 2026
