ELDON BACH
Eldon, a beloved and familiar face in the Transcona community, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026.
Born with cerebral palsy, Eldon faced physical challenges from the very beginning of his life. Despite these obstacles, he lived with remarkable resilience, determination and was an inspiration to many familiar with him. With home care and support of his three brothers and his sister-in-law, Marlene, he managed to live independent for 18 years in the family home and the final 8 years at Actionmarguerite St. Boniface, where he received excellent care.
He is survived by two brothers, Wilf (Marlene) Bach, Ron (Karen) Bach, and nephews Rod (Angie) Bach and Jon (Serena) Bach.
He was predeceased by his brother Glenn in 2019.

Sorry to hear about Eldon’s passing. When I first met him I was the 5 year old coming over to visit the new neighbours. Throughout going up and moving away Eldon never forgot my name. He was the kindest person one could ever have known. - Posted by: Val Asbury (Neighbours) on: Jul 12, 2026
