GRACE MURIEL TITLEY Peacefully on Saturday, September 11, 1999 at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, after a brief illness, with her family by her side at the age of 67 years, beloved wife of Albert Titley of Hillside Beach, MB. Grace is survived by husband Albert; sons George (Lisa), Bob (Wendy), John (Heather), Tim (Danica) eight grandchildren and numerous relatives. Grace was born October 14, 1931 and lived during her childhood sharing a small home on Royal Avenue with 12 brothers and sisters. In 1954 she married Albert and together they proudly raised their four sons. In 1962, the family moved to Transcona and spent many happy years on Newman Avenue. During her working years Grace worked as a teletype setter at the Winnipeg Tribune, Free Press, and the Transcona News. She loved the outdoors and spent many happy years camping at Toniata Beach with her family, eventually buying a cabin at Hillside Beach in 1979. Grace and Albert made this their permanent residence in 1988 and spent countless treasured hours surrounded by family and friends. Graces love of gardening was evident to anyone who visited. The flowers and trees are a testament to her tender loving care. Grace served as a soldier of the Salvation army in her younger years and throughout her life remained spiritual in thought and deed. Her faith was a huge comfort during her illness and gave Grace and her family much comfort and peace. Grace and Albert were currently members of Wayside Gospel Church in Grand Marais, Manitoba. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 15 at Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Faith Bible Camp, P.O.
