VIOLA POSKITT (nee Guimond) October 7, 1935 - November 29, 1999 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden loss of our sister Viola Poskitt of Victoria, B.C. Vi leaves to mourn her passing, three children in B.C. Ken, Chris, Kim and seven grandchildren. Vi is also survived by five sisters, her twin Violet Wheeler (Wally), Mary Agnes Starr, Rita Fontaine, Marjorie Starr (Danny) and Margaret Choken (Francis) three brothers Lawrence, Clem and Charles (Bev). Also nieces, nephews and relatives too numerous to name. Vi was predeceased by our parents Mr. and Mrs. Boniface Guimond, son Boniface Arthur (Pixie) daughter Tracy, husband Doug Poskitt, brother Boniface George and other nieces and nephews. Vi was also predeceased by six sisters and another brother in infancy. Cremation and a memorial service has taken place in Victoria, B.C. A wake will be held Wednesday, December 15 at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church in Sagkeeng. Mass will take place on Thursday, December 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Father Francois Paradis officiating. Interment to follow at the cemetery. Deep in our hearts, a memory is kept, for the one we loved and will never forget. Thank you to everyone who came to be with us in our time of sorrow.
