Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOIS KATHLEEN TITTERTON (KAY) Peacefully in the presence of family at Concordia Hospital on Friday, February 11, 2000 Kay passed away at the age of 74. Kay was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1988. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sandra (Blaine) Rougeau, son Russel (Marlene) Titterton; grandchildren, Kelly (Ken) Silk and Kyle (Fiance Kristie) Rougeau; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Rebecca Silk; brother Orrie (Connie) Steinburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Richard, Jack, Gerry, Murray, Berdine, Irene and Freeman and many nieces and nephews. Kays fondest memories were of times she and Frank spent with family and friends. This past year was especially enjoyable with the arrival of her great-grandchildren, twins, Ben and Rebecca. She loved her crafts and was always busy on some new creation, many of which she donated to fundraising. She was also talented in the kitchen - everyone waiting for an occasion for her famous lemon tarts or pickled onions. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother always there to offer love and support. She will be deeply missed. The family wishes to express our sincerest thanks for the care Kay received at Concordia Hospital. A special thanks as well to all her friends at Transcona Legion #7 for their friendship and support over the years. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, at Transcona Funeral Home, 1800 Day St., Transcona. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Transcona Legion #7, 117 Regent Ave. E., Transcona. A private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
