REGINA POLLOCK (nee RAKITA) Regina passed away peacefully at home on April 30, 2000, at the age of 48, after a long and courageous struggle with breast cancer. Regina was born in Bamberg, Germany on September 15, 1951. She was predeceased by her father John, and survived by her mother Margaret; her husband Earl; children, Krista and Scott; sisters, Renate (Ron) and Nelly (Tim). She was a dedicated wife, mother and was well known as a manager of CURRENT ladies wear stores. Many people trusted and admired her knowledge of fashion and her passion for her work. She will be fondly remembered as an energetic and caring person by all who knew her. People were her prime interest and to know her was to be her friend. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC on Thursday, May 4 at 2:30 p.m., followed by a reception in the Reception Centre.
