STELLA LACOSKI Passed away peacefully on May 6, 2000. A memorial mass was celebrated by the immediate family. To the staff at Misericordia Place, because you chose to care and serve, she was able to maintain her dignity to the end. Thank you, thank you. Thank you Nana, For my first breath - With hand in heart you embraced it - clothed it through all seasons with patience, gentleness, beauty. Made it strong by shows of perseverance, acceptance and love. Till your last, you molded me - and I in turn have molded mine - and they in theirs will now mold. Your craft for generations to come. You are now the shadow in my wine glass, the wind that pushes my back, the sun that beckons my day, the rain that refreshes by heart - and the star that winks goodnight. Your Children Your Grandchildren Your Great-grandchildren.
