OUTAR RAGHOO July 2, 1936 - May 21, 2000 Suddenly on May 21, 2000 Mr. Outar Raghoo passed away in Winnipeg, MB, at the age of 63 years. Mr. Raghoo was born in Guyana, South America. He immigrated to Winnipeg with his family in 1973. He was the beloved husband of Lily; father of Robin and Anand; brother of Lutchman Raghoo, Mrs. Etwaria Mohabir, the late Chitdeo Raghoo, Kissoon Raghoo, Mrs. Poonerbasie Singh, Mr. Veidram Raghoo, Mrs. Kamala Sukhram Elias, Mrs. Sherri Persaud Mahatoo, Mr. Radha Raghoo, Mrs. Indradai Bhagwandin, Mr. Mote Raghoo, Miss Jean Raghoo, Mrs. Rose Etkin, Miss Dawn Raghoo; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law. Mr. Raghoo will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
