Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDMOND BENJAMIN (BENNY) NORMAND December 21, 1942 - June 11, 2000 Peacefully passed away in his home on June 11, 2000. Left to cherish his memory and proudly carry his name are his children, Harold, Russell (Nicole), Frank (Cecile) grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler and Christopher. Also left in mourning of his passing is his special companion; brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Ben was predeceased by his parents, Laura and Patrick and brother Alphonse. Ben was employed with Stella Produce for many years. Previous to this he had his own business where he was able to enjoy working with his sons. Ben took great pride in his children and grandchildren. He will always be remembered for his warm smile and ability to spread happiness, with a helping hand to anyone that needed it. Ben will be sadly missed and loved by all who had the pleasure of having him touch their lives. Viewing will take place at the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion Street on Thursday, June 15, at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Bens life on Friday, June 16, at 2:00 p.m., also in the P. Ben was a wonderful man, a friend to all who were lucky enough to know him. He was always willing to be of help to anyone and everyone. Kind and warm hearted man. Always a smile, laugh, joke and smart witted. He could make a joke out of anything. He loved his children and purchase family as much as we all loved him which was super amazing. We are all missing him to this day and talk fondly of him. Much love to a man who we were lucky to have in our family.
