ERICH KURT COTT Erich Kurt Cott, of Hope, B.C. passed away in Chilliwack, B.C. on August 1, 2000 at the age of 91 years. He was born November 29, 1908 in Menteroda, Germany. He was an engineer by training and loved to work with his hands. He loved gardening and especially roses. Funeral service will be held at the Hope Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, August 8,2000 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. David Laity officiating. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery, Hope, B.C. Erich is survived by his children Wolf-Dieter Cott, Alexander Cott, Victoria Steinerd all of Germany; Hannelore of Australia; Christine of Seattle and Magdalene and John of Winnipeg. He is also survived by his sister Ellie of Berlin; close friends Lloyd (Ida) Black; numerous grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and close family friends. He was predeceased by two wives, Gertrude and Ruth. A special thank you to Dr. Marco and the nursing staff at the Hope Hospital.
