MERLE BRONSTONE Merle Bronstone passed away at the age of 93 on Friday, August 4, 2000. Born in 1907 in New Jersey, Merle and her family moved to Winnipeg, where she married Hymie Bronstone. Together they moved to and ran the General Store in Niverville, eventually moving back to Winnipeg where she spent the rest of her years. Merle was predeceased by her husband Hymie; sisters, Florence and Ruth and brother Bernard. Merle leaves two sons, Alan and Robert, their wives, Sharon and Mara, as well as grandchildren, Linda, Heather and Adam, and Howard, Amy and Trace, as well as great-grandchildren, Braidin, Samantha, Morgan and Or. She also leaves many other members of her extended family, especially Sybil Shack. The family would like to thank the Sharon Home and her aides, Jennifer, Josette and Trinidad. The family would also like to thank everyone who attended the funeral.
