Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHRISTINA (BELLE) THOMPSON (nee PRITCHARD) Peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2000, at Meadowood Manor, Belle Thompson passed away at the age of 88 years. Mom will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her daughter Liz, son-in-law Bob Phaneuf and grandson Vincent. She will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces, Margaret Turner of Poplar Point, Sarah (Eugene) Baker of Melita, Florence (Alvin) Tully of Marquette, Tina (Wes) Tully of Winnipeg, Nell (Terry) Tully of Calgary and nephews, Tom (Dorynne) Park of Winnipeg, Lorne (Linda) Park of Ashern and Keith Park of Portage la Prairie and numerous great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Harry Thompson; her grandson Lance; her sisters, Letitia (James) Park and Maude Pritchard; nephew Bob Park and niece Ethel Doblyn. Belle was born in Poplar Point, Man., on July 12, 1912, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Pritchard. She received her education in Poplar Point and then moved to Winnipeg. She was employed at Eatons for many years and later at Stall & Sons, retiring in 1976. Belle was a very hard working woman and will always be remembered for her kindness. Family and friends were very important to her and she showed this through constant acts of kindness which endeared her to all who knew and loved her. She loved to knit and most of all cherished her special times spent with her grandson Vincent. He was her pride and joy. A special thank you to the staff at Meadowood Manor for the excellent care given to Mom. A very special thanks to her niece Tina for all the love, caring and numerous visits she had with Mom during her illness. We will cherish your memory, Mom, and your kindness and love will live forever in our hearts. At Moms request, cremation has taken place and a service of remembrance will be held on Friday, September 1, at 11:00 a.m. at Meadowood Manor, 577 St. Annes Rd., 10th floor, with Rev.
