BEATRICE RATTAI (nee BANISH) 1909 - 2000 Peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2000, after a lengthy illness, Beatrice Rattai, formerly of Green Bay, Man., passed away at the East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, Man., at the age of 91 years. Beatrice leaves to cherish her memory her son Gerald and wife Marilyn; grandchildren, James and Jodi; great-granddaughter Cheyauna; son-in-law Orville Malcomson and his son Jeffery as well as her sisters, Carrie Belanger and Helen Rattai. She was predeceased by her husband August; two daughters, Patricia and Beverly; sisters, Katie, Rosie and Mary and brothers, Joseph and Henry. Funeral Service for Beatrice will be held on Friday, December 29, at 3:00 p.m., in Grace Lutheran Church, 418 Gertrude Ave., in Beausejour, Man. Interment will follow in the Beausejour Cemetery. Viewing will be held prior to the service. Our family wishes to thank the staff at the East Gate Lodge for their compassionate and loving care that was given to Beatrice.
