PATRICIA CONSTANCE BECKETT (nee BOLTON) On Tuesday, January 9, 2001, Patricia Constance Beckett passed away at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 80 years, beloved wife of William. Besides her husband William, she will be lovingly remembered by her children, Judith Fast (Donald), David (Anna) and Ann Cupples; grandchildren, Christopher (Shelley), Jennifer, Sean, Tyler, Jessica and Nicholas; sister Norma Greschner (Andy) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. She was predeceased by her parents, Constance and Fredrick Bolton and her brother Peter Bolton. Patricia was born in 1920 in Guelph, Ont. and was raised in England where she took nurses training. She returned to Canada in 1945. She was a long time member of Girl Guides of Canada, from Company Captain to District Guider. Moms hands were never idle - she was an avid needle worker and took great joy in donating her work to others. Moms greatest pride and joy were her children, grandchildren and special children. A Funeral Service for Patricia will be held on Saturday, January 13 at 1:00 p.m. in Deer Lodge United Church, 2093 Portage Ave. at Belvidere Street. Our family wishes to thank the staff on the 3rd floor at the Grace General Hospital for their care and compassion and her roommates for their company.
