EUNICE KATHERINE POKRANT On January 5, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre, Eunice left this world. She is survived by her spouse and soul mate Greg Wilton; her brother Myron; her aunt Doris in Minneapolis; cousins, Mark in Washington, D.C. and Andrea in Wisconsin, and Uncle Leonard in Morris, Man. Eunice was born in Rosenfeld, Man. on February 11, 1952. The family moved to Starbuck, Man. where Eunice received her formal education. She then moved to Winnipeg. Her interests in life were reflected in her love and concern for nature, particularly her knowledge and enjoyment of the Spruce Woods Park area, and her quiet strength and deeply felt value of time with friends, making a pleasant and comfortable home, and time alone reading or with a good crossword puzzle. She continued her interests and curiosity throughout her courageous battle with her illness. A private service at a later date is being planned. Flowers are gratefully declined.
