THERESE CECILE QUEREL (nee CHAMPAGNE) Passed away peace-fully at the age of 71 years with her family by her side on May 19, 2001. Therese was pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Gaston, on April 1, 2001 and sisters, Calista and Lenore. Left to to mourn are sons, Ray (Sharon), Edward (Teresa) daughter Suzanne; grandchildren, Meghan, Ryan, Meladene, Stephanie, and Pamela; brother Gilbert Champagne; sisters, Marie Querel (Gustave) and Jeanine Hanson (Dale) in-laws, Michael Querel (Lucille) and Denis (Rita) and many nieces, nephews, and friends (especially her dear friend, Annie). Therese took great delight in spending fun times with her family. She was a person of faith and volunteered often at St. Bernadette. She loved fishing and the outdoors with her husband Gaston, children, and grandchildren. Many family members enjoyed her beautiful handicrafts that she gave so lovingly. MEME WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 25 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Parish, 820 Cottonwood Rd. with Fr. Fred Olds presiding.
