Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDREW ROMAN HEWRYK Peacefully on Thursday, July 12, 2001, at Concordia Hospital, Andrew Hewryk, aged 90 years. Andrew was born in Drohobycz, W. Ukraine. He came to Canada in 1953 and was employed at Childrens Aid Society, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Holy Eucharist Parish. Andrew leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Orest (Jennifer), Ihor; sisters-in-law, Stefania Hewryk and Luba Chaykowska.He was predeceased by his wife Katherine in 1978. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 16 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Divine liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 17 at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Watt Street and Munroe, with Rev. M. Winn officiating. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital for their compassion and care.
