Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUSAN LYNN QUIGLEY (nee PEARSON) With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Susan Quigley from her familys arms into the arms of God on October 26, 2001. She is survived by her husband Don and her children, Christopher and Allison. Also, her parents, Robert and Gertrude Pearson; her brother Bob (Marlene) of BC; sister-in-law Barabee Carson (Ken) of BC; brother-in-law Kurt (Michele) of Winnipeg; her aunt Ellen; mother-in-law Mary and father-in-law Pat of BC; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and her precious cat Dorrie. Susan was born on March 28, 1947 living in the West Kildonan area all of her life. She went to West Kildonan high school and the University of Manitoba, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate in Education degree. Upon graduating from University, she worked for Air Canada for eight years, she then stayed home to raise her first born child for the next three years. She then worked for the City of Winnipeg libraries for the next 21 years. Her passion was her family, being a caring wife, mother, and daughter. She was a lifetime member of the St. Annes Anglican Church. Susan loved to read, do crossword puzzles, knit, listen to CBC radio and go to the symphony. Susan was a hard worker, with boundless energy and a very positive and upbeat personality. She cherished the friendships she made at work, church, or in her everyday life. Susans family would like to thank all friends, coworkers, and relatives for their support in this most difficult time. At Susans request, cremation has taken place. A church service will be held at St. Annes Anglican Church, 253 Burrin Ave., West Kildonan on Wednesday, October 31 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
