JOSEPH BEILMAN On Wednesday, January 9, 2002, Joseph Beilman, beloved husband of Gwen Beilman, passed away at Seven Oaks General Hospital. Surviving, besides his wife Gwen, are three sons, Alan (Jo-Ann) and their children, Kevin, Jennifer, Melissa, Carol-Lynn and Kimberley, all of Snow Lake, MB, Rick of Winnipeg, Chris (Ruth) of Edmonton; and two sisters, Francis of Vancouver and Theresa of Ottawa. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jack and Julian. Joe was born in Winnipeg and had been a bricklayer for 45 years with Manitoba Local No. 1. He served in the R.C.N.V.R. during the Second World War and had been a member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church for 49 years. Joe was a Scoutmaster at St. Annes 38th group and enjoyed bowling with the Golden Agers Bowling League. Joe and Gwen celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in May of last year. Prayers will be said on Sunday, January 13 at 8:00 p.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 250 Burrin Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 14 also in the church. The service will terminate at the church. Flowers gratefully declined.
