WALTER NOWICKI It is with great sorrow that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband and brother, Walter Nowicki, on March 14, 2002, while vacationing in Cancun, Mexico. Walter will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of 34 years, Maurine; his sister Joan (Walter) Klos; his niece Nancy, his nephew Brian (Lori) and great-nieces, Jennifer and Leanne. Walter was a carman for the CNR, retiring in 1992, after 44 years of service. Memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Dave Low on Wednesday, March 20 at 1:30 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of ones choice. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
