MARIA GRAZIA TINO Born March 18, 1894 in Sambiasi, Italy and died peacefully on April 4, 2002 with family by her side. She married Gregory Tino in 1912 and immigrated to Canada in 1922. She resided in Transcona the remainder of her life. Maria had many enjoyable years at Rockwood Cottages in Grand Beach with family and friends. Much time was spent cooking, sewing, altering dresses and crocheting doilies. Maria was predeceased by her husband Gregory in 1953; sons, Sam in 1981, Frank in 1995 and daughter Mary in 2001. She is survived by daughter Frances (John Black) daughter-in-law Jennie Tino; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many great great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Church, 425 Roseau Ave. E. Special thanks and appreciation to Grace Hesselwood and to all the staff at Park Manor Personal Home where she resided since December 29, 1986.
