GARY ROBERT THOMPSON Gary Robert Thompson of Edmonton passed away July 15, 2002, at the age of 67 with his family by his side. He will be missed and always remembered by his loving wife and best friend of 47 years, Maggie/Marg. Together they shared an amazing love that was truly infectious. His children, Kim, Ian (Debbie), Pat (Ray) and Doug (Sharon) as well as his grandchildren, Dallas, Kristin, Corey, Caigeann, Sean, and great-granddaughter Jillian; brothers, Dave (Rise) and Cam (Michelle) treasure his love and kindness. Gary was a Professional Engineer and successful business man who had an enormous love of life. His strength has been and continues to be an inspiration to all who knew him. His family wishes to thank the many doctors, nurses and caregivers who shared their special gifts with him. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Howard & McBride Westlawn, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton.
