OSYP PYLYPIAK Suddenly on August 11, 2002 our father and grandfather was taken from us. He leaves his wife of 55 years, Stanislawa Pylypiak; his daughter Tamara Slobodian (husband Kenneth Slobodian) his only grandson Shawn Slobodian; and son Josef Pylypiak. Our father was a man who always found the time to help, listen and be there for anyone, especially his grandson Shawn. We will miss our dad for his strength, wisdom and constant understanding. Anyone who had the priviledge to meet our father could feel his warmth which came from his heart and his unconditional love for his family. There are no words to express how much we will all miss his smile, humour, stories and his special handshake he shared with his grandson Shawn. Daddy, we wish you were given more time with us, but we know you are at peace with family and friends. We love you Dad/GAGA. Rest in Peace. Our fathers wishes were to be cremated with a small gathering of immediate family. In lieu of flowers donations to our father may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
