FRANCISZKA BYCZKOWSKI (nee ZAJAC) Peacefully, at home with her family by her side, on Wednesday, September 11, 2002 Frances passed away, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, at the age of 66 years. Besides her husband Franciszek, she is survived by two daughters, Liz (Peter) and Zuzanna (Brad) and two grandchildren, Conrad and Trent. Frances also leaves to mourn her passing her sister Rose and her husband Bronek, nieces Ursula (Montreal), Elizabeth (New York), nephews Andrzej and Witek (Poland). Frances was predeceased by her parents Ewa and Stanislaw Zajac and her brother Wladislaw (Poland). Frances was an active parishioner of the Holy Ghost Church and a member of the Catholic Womens League. Mom loved spending time outdoors in nature, and she enjoyed baking and working in her garden. Mom loved children, especially her two grandsons, Conrad and Trent. They were the joy of her life. Mom was always happy. She will be remembered as a generous, warm hearted person with a smile on her face. We will miss her. The family would like to thank the St. Boniface Cancer Care and Palliative Care Unit for their compassionate care. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. with an Oblate Father officiating.
