RENA BIRCH FYLES Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at the Selkirk Betel Home, Rena Birch Fyles, a lifelong resident of Selkirk, passed away. She was predeceased by her husband Flight Lieutenant Douglas Fyles, her father and mother, and several nieces and nephews. She is survived by one sister Mrs. Frances Hay, her sister-in-law Bernice McIvor, several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews. At her request, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date in the St. Clements Cemetery. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. Demsas; the doctors and staff at Seven Oaks and Selkirk General Hospital; and the staff at the Betel Home for their excellent care shown to Rena.
