Art was a unique man. A tough cowboy who knew horses better than anyone I ever met. He toleraated me and many other city slickers and rented us horses to ride on in all kinds of weather. I rode many saturdays with a group of freinds including a dear friend Drew who was allowed to ride Cowboy, Art's wonderful stallion. Sad to hear of his passing but happy that he had such a long life. - Posted by: jim christie (client and friend) on: Aug 26, 2025

Art Butler was the first & last "true" cowboy I have ever known; he was my mentor; everything I learnt, I learnt from watching Art & he never tired of my questions. Such a wealth of knowledge; you always got the truth from Art. May you rest in peace my friend; oh yeah, say "Hi" to "Cowboy" for me!!! - Posted by: Davalea "Davey" Tindle (friend) on: Nov 26, 2019
