GERTRUDE VERHAEGHE (SIM) 1914 - 2002 On Thursday, October 3, 2002, Gertrude passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. She was predeceased by her first husband Alexander Sim; daughter Mollie Ann Cooper; second husband Cyril Verhaeghe; mother and father Isaac and Barbra Cadger; four sisters; one brother and son-in-law Alexander Andrushuk. To cherish Moms memories are her three children, son Raymond Sim (Doreen) daughter Marjorie Andrushuk and Joyce Sigurdson (Matt). She will also be lovingly missed by her 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Matheson and Mollie Daman (Chris) and numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with Moms wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Interment will take place at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Moms memory to the Canadian Cancer Society of Manitoba, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, R3C 9Z9. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
