MARGARET SOFFIA RAFNKJELSON Suddenly, on Thursday, October 24, 2002, Margaret, aged 77 years, passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. Margaret was predeceased by her sons, Richard (1981) and Lloyd (1999) her parents, Jon and Jonina Rafnkjelson; brothers, Oscar and Norman; and sister Frances Fraser. She is survived by her children, Olivia (Gord) Sim of Brandon, Norma Glasier, John (Theresa) Sillers, Mariann Mason, and Nancy (Don) Adam; son-in-law Richard Mason; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her sisters, Thelma Goodman, Florence Rafnkjelson, Olavia Larson, and Valdina (Jack) Perkins; and brother Eric (Carol) Margarets ex-husband Hugh Sillers; and many nieces, nephews. The family wish to thank the Sunrise Care Home for their care, love, and support over the past eight years, also the Palliative Care and her special friend Joan. According to Margarets wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Ash interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margarets memory to Hospice and Palliative Care of Manitoba, 2109 Portage Ave., R3J 0L3 or to CancerCare Manitoba. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
