Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARCEL SLOBODESKY On November 6, 2002, at the Assiniboine Centre, Marcel Slobodesky, of Brandon, MB and formerly of Oakburn, entered into eternal rest. Marcel is survived by his wife Rachel; sons, Ward (Pam), Samuel (Jodi) daughters, Robin (Todd) Stefanyshyn and Terry Pomehichuk; six grandchildren, Corey, Emma Jean, Curtis, Scott, Daden and Nakita. Also surviving are brother Fred (Carol) and three sisters, Ann Bart, Teenie (Matt) Bilawka and Jean (Reg) Sosniak. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m. from the Westminster United Church, Shoal Lake with Rev. Heidi Koschzeck officiating. Interment will follow in the Shoal Lake Municipal Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society. Raes Funeral Service of Shoal Lake and Erickson are in care of the arrangements. (204) 759-2160.
