BRIAN LINDSEY THOMAS Sadly we announce the sudden passing of 59 year old husband, father and friend on November 7, 2002 at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. Brian, beloved husband of Yvonne (nee Giroux) and loving father of Cameron (Iain Ritchie) and Jodie Hughes (Richard). Fondly remembered by brother Jack, wife Barbara, sister Louise, nieces and nephews. Brian is predeceased by his parents, Robert and Annabelle, sister Audrey Baldwin. Born in Winnipeg, moved his family to Mississauga in 1979 where the family lived for several years before Brian and Yvonne settled in Wasaga Beach, ON. Brian will always be remembered as a skilled athlete, loyal and devoted employee and for his zest for life. Those who met him were affected by his positive attitude and happy disposition. He will be greatly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of meeting him. A celebration of Brians life will be held on Wednesday, November 13 at FAWCETT FUNERAL HOME, COLLINGWOOD CHAPEL, 82 Pine St. at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. Memorial contributions in Brians memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
