She was predeceased by her mother Mrs. Robert Watkins in 1998 and also her twin sister Janice in 1992. Joan leaves to mourn her father Robert Watkins as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Joan was always a kind and caring person towards others. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 16 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date in Dryden, ON.
