EDITH FRANCES (EDIE) DOWD (nee MAYERS) Peacefully passed away on Friday, November 15, 2002, at the Tiger Hills Health Centre, Treherne, MB, Edie Dowd (nee Mayers), aged 90 years, of Holland, MB. Edie leaves to mourn her passing two sons, Terry (Pat) Dowd of Georgetown, ON and Richard (Maryann) Dowd of Winnipeg; one daughter Wendy (Alvin) Smith of Holland; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral service will be conducted from the Holland United Church, Holland on Tuesday, November 19 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at a later date in Brookdale Cemetery.
