RENE SCHMIDT Peacefully, in his sleep on Friday, November 22, 2002 at the Concordia Hospital, Rene Schmidt was finally granted peace after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his loving mother Linda Schmidt; sister Dagmar Bennett and her spouse David, and loving grandson Dean; and aunt Edel Rudolf. The family would like to thank the Health Sciences Centre Kidney Transplant Unit (4th floor), and all the friends, neighbours and family who showed concern for Rene.
