STEWART LOW 1947 - 2002 With deep sadness we announce the passing of Stewart Low after a courageous battle with cancer, at St. Boniface General Hospital, on Wednesday, December 4, 2002, at the age of 55 years. Stewart was born in Winnipeg on January 9, 1947. Stewart will be missed by his wife and the love of his life Audrey; daughter Christina; sons, Greg and Darryl; five grandchildren; his sister Marilyn Stowe of Edmonton, AB; and his brother-in-law Ricky Kostjuk. He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Gertie Low. Stewart worked for Manitoba Hydro for 32 years, starting at Relay Metering and his last ten years were spent working in the Commissioning Department. The family wish to thank the wonderful staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface General Hospital for their compassion, care and support. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Endowment Fund, in care of St. Boniface Hospital and Research Foundation, 409 Tache Ave., Room D1003, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
