Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYDIA WIESSNER (nee SCHMIDT) November 28, 1909 - December 19, 2002 Peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at the Lions Prairie Manor in Portage la Prairie, MB, Lydia Wiessner, widow of Hans Wiessner passed away at the age of 93 years. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John Blum officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Box 574, 21 Royal Road South, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 3B9. The Omega Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
