ANSON WILLIAM McGEE It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden and peaceful passing of Anson William McGee of Winnipeg on January 2, 2003 at 74 years of age. Anson was born and raised in Timmins, ON on March 30, 1928. Anson was a member of the Police Association of Ontario and for a number of years was stationed in Copper Cliff and Sudbury, ON. He later moved to Winnipeg, where he met and married Emily in 1958. Anson also worked at the Health Sciences Centre and later was self-employed until his retirement. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Emily; daughter Maureen Philippot and husband Charles; his cherished granddaughter Chloe; and his many brothers and sisters in Ontario. The family would like to thank the Concordia Hospital ER and ICU doctors and nurses for their care and compassion. As per Ansons wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 775-2220
