FRANCIS (FRANK) JAMES McGRATH After a lengthy illness, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son and brother, Frank. Peacefully, Frank slipped away on Friday, December 20, 2002, at St. Pauls Hospital in Vancouver, BC. Frank leaves to cherish his memory his mother and father, Leona and Tom McGrath; his brothers, Al (Kim) and Mark; his sister Sharon Kelly (Don) his nephews and niece, Ryan, Sean, Justin, Adam and Jaimie; his grandmother Priscilla Tessier; and also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends in Vancouver. He was born on November 27, 1961, in Winnipeg, MB. Frank attended Our Lady of Victory Elementary School, Churchill High School and Tec Voc School. Frank has resided in Vancouver for the past 20 years; 14 of those years he was employed by Boys Co., where he will be greatly missed by all his co-workers. Cremation has taken place in Vancouver. A private memorial service will be held at a later date in Winnipeg. "Special thanks" goes out to all the doctors and nurses on 10C at St. Pauls Hospital in Vancouver, and to Franks close friends, Angus, Steve and Chip who all cared for and supported our son and brother during his illness. Words can not express our deep gratitude to them all. Also, special thanks to Aunt Evelyn, Uncle Jim and Tracy for being there for the family in Vancouver - we couldnt have gotten through this without all of you. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Franks memory may be made to St. Pauls Hospital, 1081 Burrard St., Vancouver, BC V6Z 1Y6.
