ELIZABETH RUTH HUDSON Passed into the presence of her Lord on January 17, 2003 in Winnipeg, MB where she was born. She obtained her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Manitoba, the latter when she was 75 years old. Her greatest regret was that she did not have time to finish her doctorate. She worked all over Canada and in London, England as a legal secretary. She loved to travel and read. She was a Lay Sister of the Province of St. Dominic, of the Order of Preachers. She is mourned by niece Sylvia Brandt of British Columbia; nephew Ian Hudson of Quebec and cousin Dr. Hugh Anderson of Newfoundland. She was predeceased by her parents, John Hudson and Agnes Murray, brothers, Dr. Bob and Bill. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, January 23 at 2:00 p.m. from St Ignatius Church, 255 Stafford St. with Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano celebrant.
