DORA LAQUETTE Peacefully after a brief illness, Dora, aged 48 years, beloved wife of Darcy, passed away at the Womens Pavilion. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Darcy; children, Melodie, Real (Kathryn), Regina (Mack), Lee (Amanda), Lance, Jarette, Jeremy, Brittany, Roy, Brett; grandchildren, Jordan, Anthony, Myron, Tevin, Tasha, Kasimir, Shaylene; sister Dorothy (Rick) father Robert McKay; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her daughter Marla Laquette; mother Sarah McKay; and sister Laura McKay. Pallbearers will be Shawn, Dion, Lawrence, Wayne, Dennis and Marty. Traditional wake service will be held on Tuesday, February 4 and Wednesday, February 5 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6 at 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel.
