Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARION E. ODONNELL Peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at the Victoria Hospital, Marion ODonnell passed away. Marion is survived by her sister Eleanor Donaldson of Calgary; twelve nieces and nephews, as well as numerous grand nieces, nephews and cousins. Marion was predeceased by her parents; three sisters; and one brother. Marion was born in Regina, SK on April 19, 1915 and moved to Winnipeg as a young child. Marion is a graduate of St. Marys Academy as well as the University of Manitoba, 1937. She had a long and distinguished teaching career in Home Economics at Churchill High, retiring in 1976. Marion enjoyed traveling, playing bridge and volunteering with Meals on Wheels. Prayers will be said on Sunday, February 23, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 24 at 1:00 p.m., in the St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, 255 Stafford St., with Rev. Fr. J. Johnson, s.j. Celebrant. Interment will follow in the Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
