ANN POLOWSKI Peacefully on February 23, 2003 at the Tudor Home, Selkirk, Ann Polowski, aged 90 years, formerly of Thunder Bay, ON. Ann was born in a small community 50 miles north of Dauphin, MB on April 6, 1912, daughter of the late Fred and Mary Pich. She worked as a cook at the hospital in Thunder Bay for many years until retiring. She has been a resident of Tudor Home for the past few years. Ann leaves surviving four sisters, Pearl Pich of Brandon, Evelyn Lamoureux of Pine Falls, Elsie Panagapko of Edmonton and Helen Ashmore of Toronto; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, John, Fred, Sam and Paul; and sisters, Katie and Mary. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will take place at a later date. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Tudor Home.
