HELEN BEITH (nee RHYMER) On Monday, April 7, 2003 at the West Park Manor, Helen Beith, aged 99 years, passed away peacefully. Helen was born on May 24, 1903 in Winkler, MB. Helens parents were early homesteaders. She grew up in rural Manitoba and Saskatchewan. She was a long-time resident of Valour Road in Winnipeg. She took great pride in her home and garden. Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband William; her parents, Jacob and Helen Rhymer; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Jake, Chryssie, William, John and Lorena. Helen is survived by her son James; daughter Jeannie (Jane) grandchildren, Barbara (Bill), Robert (Susan), Laura; and great-grandchildren, Tanya, Damon and Noah; also sisters, Mary and Rose. A funeral service will take place on Friday, April 11 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Park Manor, 3199 Grant Ave. The family wish to thank the staff at West Park Manor for their wonderful care.
