ANNABEL MAE (MAISIE) THOMSON (nee MALCOLM) May 8, 1916 - April 30, 2003 Peacefully, with family at her side, Mom joined her loved ones, that have gone before her. Mom lived and worked in Winnipeg, until she met her husband Doug, who she married in 1941. Together in New Westminster, Winnipeg, Gimli, Guelph and finally Edmonton, they shared 44 years of marriage. She was predeceased by Doug (1985) as well as her parents Robert and Elsie Malcolm; brothers, Bob, Mac (John), Bill; and her twin sister Noreen. She is survived by her brother Harvey (Vancouver Island) sons, Doug (Mel) Vancouver, Brian (Phyllis) Saskatoon, Fred (Hadas) Israel; and daughter Brenda (Saul Greenberg) Winnipeg; her grandchildren, John, Manuel, Christopher (Montreal), Bonnie and fiance Rob (Calgary), Sarah and Jenna (Winnipeg) as well as numerous nieces and nephews all across Canada. Our family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Charleswood Care Centre for their dedication to Mom. Cremation has taken place, and a private service will be held at a later date.
