MARIE-JEANNE IRENE (JEANNETTE) BEAULIEU (nee GENEST) On June 24, 2003 at the St. Boniface General Hospital, Mom passed away peacefully at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by our beloved father Henri in February 1973, our sisters, Simone Desrochers in February 1987, Denise Chouinard in May 1999 and Elizabeth Mazur in February 2003, her parents, Ludger and Clara Genest of Spearhill, MB., her brothers, Robert, Conrad, Emile, Gustave and one sister Lucienne. She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Herve Beaulieu (Susan) of Montreal, Jeannine (Bud Korne), Therese (Albert Dufault), Adele Beaulieu, Marguerite Loupin, Annette Remillard, Helen (Larry Ferniuk), and Marcel Beaulieu; son-in-laws Vic Chouinard and Paul Desrochers all of Winnipeg, MB.; her 24 grandchildren: Paul, Michel (Terry), Gordon (Martina), Gary, Glenn, Janet, Wesley (Mary), Francine (Dave), Diane (Jim), Louise (Paul), Lucille (Mike), Joanne (Scott), Suzanne (Ken), Michel (Reine), Kathy (Tom), Nicole, Darlene (Brock), Michael (Barb), Carolyn (Roger), Charlene, Karen (Julian), Elliot, Kyle and Justin; her 13 great-grandchildren: Elissa, Stephanie, Megan, Courtney, Camille, Brendan, Andrew, Matthew, Geminiece, Kristopher, Marcus, Cody, Evanne, Sabrina, and Laura; 1 great-great-granddaughter, Kyra. She had many close friends and neighbours. She is survived by a brother Fernand Genest (Florence) from Montreal, and a sister, Dorothy Troop (Alvin) of Winnipeg. Also many close nieces and nephews. Moms life was especially devoted to her home and family. She welcomed everyone in her home. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. with Father Lucien Roy officiating. Viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Many thanks to Dr. Duval and the Home Care staff and Dr. Kahanovitch and the St. Boniface General Hospital staff.
