INA THOMAS (Nee Kuhn) It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ina Thomas on Saturday, July 5, 2003 at at the age of 74 years. Ina is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Bill; her children, Bill Jr., Tim, Rick, Ina (Jim) Varga and Karen (Bob) Savoie; and by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Ina grew up in Seven Sisters Falls, MB and moved to Winnipeg where she met and married Bill. Mom was employed for 20 years with A & W Restaurants where she made many friends. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed her occasional evenings at the Norwood Legion. In compliance with Inas wishes, cremation has taken place and a private ceremony with immediate family members will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to do so may make a donation in Inas memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, R3G 9Z9.
