NEILA POINTON (nee MacMILLAN) July 9, 1945 - July 14, 2003 Peacefully on July 14, 2003 Neila Wendy Pointon passed away at Riverview Health Centre. Neila was predeceased by her brothers, David and Russell Macmillan. She is survived by her loving husband Jim Pointon; two children, Michael (Anna) Gordon, and Douglas (Dana) Gordon; as well as mother and father, Neil and Margaret MacMillan; sisters, Bernice (Ray) Newson, Joan (Ron) Rentz and Sandy MacMillan; grandchildren, Christa, Shae-Lyn, and Madison. Neilas whole life revolved around her family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and wife, who was a great friend to all. She will be greatly missed and forever loved. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place prior to the memorial service, which will be held Monday, July 21 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Riverview Health Centre, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg.
