MARTHA EMERISE POELS (nee BLAIS) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Martha, who passed away July 17, 2003 at Steinbach Bethesda Hospital at the age of 59 years. Mom would have been 60 on August 20. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her husband Albert; daughter Rachel (Ken) Lachnit of Woodridge; sons, Brian (Deb) of Winnipeg, Barry of Steinbach and Tim of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Heather, Craig and Bronte. She will also be missed by her sister Dorothy (Al) Proulx; and her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Jackie, Raymond, Ken, Keith, Jeremy and Tabitha, and their families. She was predeceased by her father Raymond, mother Malvina and her only brother Ted. Mom will be remembered for her kind heart and her wonderful sense of humour. We love you Mom and we will miss you. You were the best wife and mother anyone could ask for. Prayers will be held on Sunday, July 20, 7:30 p.m., with viewing prior, at Birchwood Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be held Monday, July 21, 11:00 a.m. at the St. Alexander Parish in Woodridge.
